The Chief Minister of Haryana, Shri Manohar Lal Khattar, announced this scheme on Sunday 5th November 2023 at Karnal Jan Samvad event. The scheme will be launched in Karnal district in the first phase and thereafter will be implemented in other districts as well. The main objective of this scheme is to provide free transportation facilities under this scheme by the government to the children living in rural areas of Haryana who go to other villages for studies.
