1. NALCO/ Executive Director (H&A) Post– The nominees who have passed the graduation degree and PG Diploma in Personnel Management/Labour Welfare or other subjects can apply for the NALCO post. 
2. NALCO/ Group General Manager (H&A) Post– PostGraduation degree and PG Diploma
3. NALCO/ General Manager (H&A) Post– Graduation degree and PG Diploma
4. NALCO/ General Manager (Civil) Post– BE/BTech Degree in Civil/Architecture
5. NALCO/ General Manager (Finance) Post-Chartered Accountant or Cost Management Accountant

Age Limit

The applicants can have the age of 20 years to 56 years to apply for the NALCO organization jobs.
