Punjab PCS Notification 2024: Eligibility 

• Education Details: The applicants must have attended the approved college or school and passed the graduation degree in any subject to apply for the PPSC PCS exam. 
• Age Limit: 
  • The age of the nominees should be from 21 years to 37 years to apply for the PPSC PCS jobs. 
  • The upper age limit for the post-2 and post-9 must be below 28 years. 

Application Fee

• Registration Fee for all Rs 500
• For General- Rs 2500
• For SC/ST- Rs 1250
• For PWD- Rs 625
• For Ex-Servicemen-  No fees 

Selection Process

1. Prelims: The prelim exam will be an MCQ-based descriptive paper of  2 hours per paper duration, it has two papers, the pattern is given below for two papers in the preliminary exam. There will be negative markings.
   • General Studies Paper: 100 for 200 marks
   • CSAT Paper: 80 for 200 marks
2. Mains Exam: It will be an offline descriptive paper and the duration of the main PPSC exam will be 03 hours. The questions will be from the following subjects. 
   1. General English
   2. General Punjabi (Gurmukhi Script)
   3. General Essay (English/Gurmukhi)
   4. General Studies
3. Interview: The applicants will fight for the interview round for 150 marks.
