The CGL exam will be organized for 17727 posts in 2024, The SSC will conduct the Tier-1 exam just for qualifying purposes, its marks will not be evaluated in the selection process for the CGL posts. SSC CGL Recruitment 2024: Eligibility
The eligibility for the CGL exam 2024 is given below.
- Education Details: The applicants should have passed the three-year graduation degree from the approved college/school to apply for the SSC CGL posts.
- Age Limit: The age limit is different for different posts, and the maximum age can be up to 32 years.
- Application Fee: The application fee for the GEN/Other posts is Rs 100 and for the SC/ST/PH/Woman/ Ex-Serviceman is nil.
SSC CGL Selection Process
The SSC organization will conduct the Tier- I and Tier II written tests followed by the DV, Medical Test, and Physical Test.
- Tier I (Qualifying)– It will be an MCQ-based paper of a qualifying nature.
- Tier II (Paper I, II & III)– Paper 1 is a compulsory paper for all of the persons, Paper 2 will be for the JSO posts, and Paper 3 will be for the Assistant Audit and Accounts Officer posts.
